The roof deck is a nice addition!
The parking arrangement was frustrating. It felt overly tight and limiting for a couple. Arriving before check-in had us waiting since the room access code wouldn't work early. The rooftop terrace not allowing dogs was disappointing for a dog-friendly hotel.

would definitely come back
The dog friendly queen room was really nice. Clean and comfy, with a great mattress and plenty of pillows. The walk-in shower was remodeled beautifully. Loved having the fridge and microwave. Plus, they provided body wash, shampoo, and hairdryer. The lobby atmosphere was cozy and cute with treats for pups. Staff was super helpful too.

The stylish decor caught my eye right away, especially the coastal touches. The rooftop deck became my go-to spot for unwinding with a glass of wine. Having fresh coffee and fruit available in the lobby every morning was like a special treat, too. My dog was welcomed with cookies! Cleanliness stood out. Our King Suite was super clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, great to recharge after days filled with exploring. I really appreciated the attention to detail, like the complementary beach passes and bikes available for use. Parking was a bit tricky. The tight spaces caused some stress during peak times, especially with the one space rule. I found it surprising that pets weren't allowed on the rooftop since this hotel is dog-friendly. Check-in had minor hiccups. Room access didn't work when we arrived early. Otherwise, the experience was fantastic!

The K Suite impresses with fresh, new décor that creates a cute atmosphere. Thoughtful amenities. Access to beach tags, chairs, towels, and umbrellas at a sister resort simplifies beach outings.
The rooftop balcony access, while nice, isn't private, which could be disappointing for those expecting solitude. Parking feels cramped, and guests can face hiccups with room access times-arriving slightly before check-in meant waiting due to programmed codes not being available earlier. Getting to the hotel can be a bit tricky with GPS sending you around. Ease of access from Lafayette Street could be clearer to avoid confusion.

Had such a great time relaxing on the rooftop deck and enjoying some wine tastings! The pour-over coffee maker and fruit-infused water station were nice little perks that added to the experience. The room was a bit cozier than expected but it didn’t take away from how enjoyable our stay was. 😊

Really good cleanliness, and the attentive staff was really nice. The rooftop patio offered a lovely view and was perfect. The shower required better maintenance, as I noticed mildew spots that detracted from an otherwise good experience. Plus, the tight parking space could be a hassle during peak times.
